Festival hotel and spa is a massive hotel with 5 floors and hundreds of rooms of varying sizes; deluxe, executive etc. there are different halls, a gym, a pool and several shops in the building. Room service is excellent and the price is fair for the quality of service rendered. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

The rooms are clean, lightening is good. The restrooms are okay and the services are good.

Have been using the main hotel for years not the apartment one .there services is beautiful,nice ambience friendly customer service, beautiful shopping experience around the hotel

Wonderful experience needs a touch of modern lighting

Although inside the apartments/rooms have been renovated, the exterior is quite old. They have elevators that still work fine and smooth, you don’t even feel the up/down movement. Parking space too is great.

Location is quite strategic as you have acted to many things in literally same compound like mall, cinema, gym, event hall, gaming, club, and so much more.

Some staff are quite rude. The swimming pool needs to be seriously worked on.... I have never met it clean. The rugs in the walk way need proper cleaning and maintenance It's a lovely place all the same, but there's room for improvement.

I like the idea that festival mall is also within the same location, offering Lodgers extra comfort and convenience.

Rooms is big and spacious. But old TV, old rugs. The apartment is same . Location is good, close to shoprite , but traffic in few occasions going in and out of diamond estate
